La venta de falsificaciones es brutal, tanto en tiendas de AVEA como en el mercadillo, completamente abarrotado cuando viene los jueves. Muchas tiendas cierran, sobretodo las nuevas, aunque tambien tiendas que ya llevaban tiempo aqui, la gente es muy tacaña, gasta poquisimo, y la gente que vive aqui en Villajoyosa que le gusta gastar, se lo suele gastar fuera, asi que cada vez estamos peor.<br />
Tampoco se genera empleo, todos contratan a algun familiar y el paro aqui es alarmante, entre trabajo y trabajo te tomas siempre unas vacaciones de entre 1 y 3 meses, si eres joven, que los mayores de cierta edad se ven obligados a caer en el alcoholismo y desaparecer de la vida social sin que la gente se preocupe por ellos, mendigos y gente con botellas de vino o cerveza dormiendo en bancos es algo muy habitual.
